Here's my two cents worth. I believe the flames are not patient enough either on the rush or banging the net. There are goals to be scored in those instances but too many times it seems to me that they go into some sort of panic mode and forget to be a little more creative. One more pass, or just simply getting back from the goal and looking for the loose puck might be more beneficial.

Why can Vancouver beat the Wild and the Flames can't? Or won't?

For a while I had a feeling that they were just doing great...slow and steady wins the race. But their performance was overwhelming particularly in the shots against zone and I had one fear throughout the game: Had Kiprusoff not played exceptionally well, the score could have been 7 something...

As a die hard fan, my only hope is that this is just a transitional phase because something definitely seems amiss. Once the team is back to full strength things will be much better. Who knows? Perhaps they have a plan in mind.

Overall, let us be thankful that they lost in OT and at least got a point. Perhaps they have a plan in mind.

This is the kind of performance that drives me mad with this team. They didn't even show up!! McGratton looking terrible in his fight to the whole team playing with no heart. Kipper only bright spot.

It didn't sound very good, particularly considering that the shots on goal against was 19-3 favoring the Wild in the first. Kiprusoff made tremendous saves (43 saves) in total. How can a team expect only a goalie to perform.? With the number of shots against, it was obvious that the Wild were going to connect instead of the home team. But overall, they weren't strong tonight. Perhaps missing players like Sarich, Pardy and Conroy.

On a positive note, at least they killed the 2 men disadvantage!!
