In a move that dumped salary, and probably suggests Calgary has confidence in their farm system D men, the Flames sent Jim Vandermeer and his 2.3 million dollar salary to Phoenix for Prust who returns (@ half million).
This was the second move of the draft for the Flames which were one of the busier teams yet again.
