Minnesota is a blight on the NHL. They probably have the lowest ratings because they are boring. But holy, they kick the stuffing out of the Flames every time they play each other.
Pathetic.
Only way to describe the 2010-11 version of the Flames. Most of these players don’t deserve to wear the flames ‘C’. Blame Sutter all you want, but 75% of this team has given up, including lame Kiprusoff.
Nothing else to say, just pathetic.
I am totally in consensus with you. The Flames’ inability to perform particularly when they were able to comeback in previous games was unbelievable. Glencross’ (boarding) hit on one of his opponent had been least appreciated but simultaneously I applaud the team for killing the 5 minute man disadvantage. Notwithstanding this mere fact, the overall performance had been pathetic and not what one would expect on home ice.
I hate to admit it but I have lost total interest this year. This team doesn’t make me want to watch them with their lack of motivation and uninspired play. I mean come on, the fans pay good money to go watch their home town team play and with that type of effort deserve their money back. I’m not sure who to blame anymore, Sutter for making the trades for the players he did, or the players themselves? All I know is this team is boring, lacks offence, lacks heart, and is way, way over paid. Most of them should be ashamed of themselves…
Don’t give up so soon, Flaming Moe. The Flames actually did very well against the Dallas Stars and I believe they are coming back to form now.
