Three word game review: heartbreaking Anaheim loss.
Calgary won’t make the playoffs this year (can only lose maybe 4-5 more games in the last 17) because they can’t beat the likes of NYI, Columbus, and Anaheim. It’s that simple (well actually there are many other reasons why, but these are a few).
Season is slipping away fellas, find ANOTHER gear or it’s the end.
The Flames somehow did not seem to put as much of an effort as did the Ducks, although Leland demonstrated his exceptional talents making almost 40 saves. On a positive note, Glencross continued to glitter while Tanguay added the spicy flavor to the game; yet, despite their inspiring efforts, the repercussions were not as thrilling as fans had anticipated – it had been tough to absorb particularly because the defeat occurred within the last few seconds of the game. Truly disappointing. In closing, hopefully, the Calgary Flames can do well for the rest of the season! Go Flames Go” Good luck against the Stars.
